WHAT IS HOLY WEEK?

HOLY WEEK IS the most important week for many Christian traditions. It reflects on the Last Week of Jesus’ life, also called “the Passion”. It starts on Palm Sunday with Jesus entering Jerusalem and ends on Easter Sunday with his Resurrection. Other days during the week are Maundy Thursday (the night of the Last Supper and Jesus' arrest), Good Friday (Trial, Death, and Burial), and Holy Saturday (Sabbath before Resurrection).
