WHAT IS HOLY WEEK?
HOLY WEEK IS the most important week for many Christians because it focuses on the last week of Jesus’ life. It starts on Palm Sunday, when Jesus entered Jerusalem, and it ends on Easter Sunday, when He rose from the dead. In between, there are other important days, like Maundy Thursday, which is about the Last Supper and the night Jesus was arrested. Also, Good Friday, which is when Jesus died on the cross, and was buried. And Holy Saturday, a quiet day of waiting. Holy Week is a time to reflect on everything Jesus did for us.
